The processing time for your order, the design of the products, and the delivery require a period of 11 to 19 working days* by our team. Our team strives to do everything possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

We ship our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity, and all our deliveries are free.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive soon.
A problem with the order? Package lost, damaged, destroyed? With our insured shipping, we handle disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do not blame the courier and leave you stranded. We take full responsibility and will immediately send you a new package at our expense. Cancellation & Return

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee is 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us by email, our team will do its best to meet your needs!
We can only accept a return in the case of a proven product defect. Our items undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your product has a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the item in question (preferably in its original packaging) along with your order number. To make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return shipping costs are at your expense.
